  • Improved Rice Sheller Feature.
    1. Added New Transaction Gate Pass. Added New Option in Series to 'Use Multiple Stock Update'. If the above Option is ON for Purchase and Market Purchase then Stock will Not updated on time of Purchase Saving. Stock will Updated when Gate Pass is adjusted with Purchase.
    2. Added following Reports in Rice Mill Menu, 'Bardana Stock Summary', 'Party wise Pending Stock', 'Party wise Gate Pass Detail'.
  • Added New Transaction for Multiple Payments
    1. Now User can Issue Multiple Payment Voucher on a single click. If Bill By Bill Detail Option is ON then above transaction will be visible and User can Issue Multiple Cheque on Same Window.
  • Improved Inventory Vouchers.
    1. Added Salesman wise Search in Ledger Filter Window. This window will appear by pressing F9 on Ledger List. Above Search will appear only if Salesman wise reporting option is ON.
    2. Multiple Batches window will open only if in User Permissions Negative Stock has Selected "Stop Operation" option.
    3. Added four new fields to Settings List. This window will open by pressing Right Click on Items List view. Added fields are 'Barcode', 'Batch Net Price', 'Batch Cost Price', 'Batch Net Price'.
  • Improved Accounting Voucher View/Edit.
    1. Added Summary Button to view Summary of Selected Data by different criteria.
    3. Provided Printing of Summary in DOS and Windows mode.
  • Improved Inventory Voucher View/Edit.
    1. Added new Tab to show Excise detail for Sale and Purchase.

  • Improved Batch wise Detail Feature.
    1. Added "Tax Paid Rate" field. Tax Paid Rate is a value that is Sum of Item Value and Local Sale Tax value.
  • Improved Invoice Format Designer.
    1. Added Following New Variables in Invoice Designer. 'Challan Return Item Value', 'Challan Return Tax', 'Challan Return Value + Tax', 'Challan Return Total Discount', 'Challan Return Narration', 'Total No of Items', 'Total Taxable', 'Total Tax Amount', 'Total Surcharge', 'Total MRP'.
    2. Now User can define Variable by itself. In Item Detail, Footer and Grand Total Section, User Defined Node will appear. On double click a new Master will open where User can define its own Formulae.
  • Improved Stock Vouchers.
    1. Added Invoice wise Taxes. And Costing can be calculated. This Tab will show only if 'Use Rate and Amount' Option in Series is ON.
  • Added Search to Reports.
    1. Now User can Search Text from Displaying Report. Search Text Box will appear by Pressing F2.
  • Improved I Form Issue.
    1. Now user need not to click on Edit Button to impose all Taxes. If User has Set all Taxes in "Invoice Wise Fields Value" then all taxes and their calculation will load automatically.
  • Improved Cost Centre Feature
    1. Now Cost Centre can be affected by Inventory Vouchers also.
    2. Improved Cost Centre Trial Report. By Pressing Enter Detail of Cost Centre will be shown.
  • Added New Warning Alarm.
    1. Added new warning alarm for Rate is Zero. In Inventory Voucher is Rate is Zero then Message will Show as according to Setting.
